Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de décristallisation de la cellulose contenue dans des matériaux cellulosiques naturels, à l'aide de H3 PO4 concentré. L'originalité du procédé réside dans le fait que l'on récupère le H3 PO4 , une fois la décristallisation accomplie, en l'extrayant à l'aide d'une solution aqueuse de tétrahydrofuranne. Le H3 PO4 et le THF sont ensuite separés et recycles. Fabrication de glucose, d'éthanol, de méthane, de protéines à cellule unique, etc.
