Abstract
L'invention concerne une prothèse vasculaire à structure composite. Cette prothèse consiste en un tube de polytétrafluoroéthylène poreux dont les pores sont remplis par au moins un polymère soluble dans l'eau, qui a été rendu ensuite insoluble dans l'eau. Utilisation comme prothèse veineuse ne présentant qu'une faible tendance à l'occlusion après implantation.
