Abstract

Procédé de teinture en continu de tissus en pièces, au moins principalement en fibres cellulosiques, utilisant des colorants au soufre. Le tissu est foulardé dans un bain à température ambiante contenant les colorants au soufre sous leur forme réduite (leucoforme) en présence de polysulfure de sodium, puis introduit en continu sans séchage intermédiaire dans une chambre chauffée vers 90 degrés par de l'air sec et chaud pendant quelques minutes avant de subir la réoxydation habituelle. Le procédé permet l'utilisation d'installations prévues pour d'autres types de traitement, avec une économie notable de produits et d'énergie.
