Abstract

The burner has a fuel pump (2) which supplies the fuel through a distributor valve (6) having an overflow line (2) to return the excess fuel to the tank. The fuel to the atomiser passes up a feed pipe (11) to the atomiser tube (9). The tube (9) has a heating element (17) which is laid along the centre of the tube and the fuel passes along the annulus (19) around the heating tube. The atomiser (5) is located in the head of the tube and has an outlet nozzle (4) at the end of the tube. The heater is controlled by a thermostat through the control (32).
