Abstract

Fauteuil roulant pouvant être converti en fauteuil roulant à siège large. Ce fauteuil comporte des croisillons 14', 15' plus longs que les croisillons d'origine et un dispositif adaptateur comportant un tube intermédiaire monté entre chaque montant 20 et l'élément télescopique supérieur 22 correspondant pour permettre un allongement supérieur résultant de l'utilisation des croisillons plus longs, un dispositif limiteur étant placé dans chaque ensemble formé par un montant, le tube intermédiaire et l'élément télescopique 22 pour empêcher un allongement excessif qui permettrait l'échappement de l'élément télescopique quand le fauteuil est replié. Convient en particulier pour un fauteuil à transformer sans être envoyé en usine.
