Abstract

Procédé de culture de cellules animales ou humaines, maintenues en suspension dans leur solution nutritive par insufflation d'un gaz oxygéné dans un réservoir fermé. Le réservoir 1 comprend un dispositif de guidage 8, immergé dans le fluide nutritif et assurant la circulation de ce dernier. Un dispositif 2 d'insufflation d'un gaz oxygéné dans le fluide nutritif débouche dans le réservoir 1, sur un côté du dispositif de guidage 8.
