Claims (4)
- 식물의 세포, 기관 또는 조직절편들을 내부에서 배양하기 위한 탱크와, 그 배양탱크내에 배치된 배양된 식물체들을 절단하기 위한 절단장치을 포함하며, 또한 상기 절단장치로 식물체들을 몰아주기 위한 밀어내는 수단을 더 포함하거나 또는 상기 절단장치가 식물체로 몰도록 이동될 수 있게 해주는 것이 특징인 배양장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 배양탱크는 수평으로 배열되며, 고상배지가 사용되며, 절단장치는 고상 배지상에서 이동하는 것이 특징인 배양장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 배양탱크는 수평으로 배치되며 또한 가동 칼날 또는 고정된 칼날이 적당한 높이에 고정되어 있어 액상배지 또는 고상배지로부터 성장된 식물체들을 적당한 높이에서 절단해주는 것이 특징인 배양장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 배양탱크는 작은 규모의 탱크로부터 큰 규모의 탱크로 연속적으로 연결된 다수의 탱크들로 구성되며, 또한 배양된 절편들은 배양을 반복하여 행할 수 있도록 각 연속배양 탱크로 무균상태로 전달되는 것이 특징인 배양장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
