Abstract

Tube avec dispositif sous forme d'obturateur-joint permettant de créer une dépression à l'intérieur du tube quelques instants avant d'effectuer le prélèvement du sang. Il comprend un tube 1 dont une extrémité 2 est fermée et dont l'autre extrémité 3 est ouverte. Ce tube comporte à l'intérieur un obturateur-joint 4 qui ferme dans un premier temps la partie inférieure interne du tube et qui, dans un deuxième temps, est tracté à l'extérieur par une tige de piston amovible 5. Dans un troisième temps, l'obturateur 4 vient se bloquer sur le rebord 3 du tube et la tige de piston se détache. L'invention peut être utilisée pour les prélèvements de sang sous vide.
