Abstract

L'invention a pour objet un procédé visant l'amélioration des qualités viscosimétriques des huiles lubrifiantes. Le procédé de l'invention est caractérisé en ce que dans une première étape on traite des particules de pneumatiques dans une première étape on traite des particules de pneumatiques dans un solvant organique en présence d'un catalyseur solide bifonctionnel - craquage et hydrogénation - en atmosphère d'hydrogène à une température comprise entre 150 et 350 degrés C et à une pression comprise entre 1 et 250 bars, ce traitement durant au minimum une heure, puis dans une deuxième étape la fraction liquide récupérée est mélangée à l'huile à traiter en quantités telles que le rapport pneumatique/huile est compris entre 10/1 et 1/10. Le procédé de l'invention est notamment utilisable pour le traitement des pneumatiques à chambre incorporée.
