Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil et une méthode pour former un couvercle autour d'une boîte remplie ouverte en haut en utilisant une ébauche plate préfabriquée. Selon l'invention, une boîte est levée par un élévateur contre une ébauche de couvercle dont les battants sont pliés contre la boîte. Lorsque l'élévateur avec la boîte arrive dans une position supérieure, la boîte est transférée sur une plate-forme. L'élévateur descend déjà chercher une autre boîte pendant que la formation du couvercle de la boîte précédente est complétée sur la plate-forme. Application à l'emballage de rames de papier eveloppées.
