Abstract

The small collapsible barrow is for the transport of various items, having a vessel (1), with, in the centre at the front, a pyramid-shaped recess (2). At the forward edges of the recess are two hollow bosses (40) accommodating a spindle on which a wheel (5) turns freely. The rear end of the vessel has other bosses (1a), through which passages run. These accommodate two L-shaped handles (13), each secured in its respective boss by a quick-action locking device (14), while their lower ends (13a) protrude beyond the bosses to form supporting legs for the barrow in the rest position. The locking devices can typically be pins passing through the boss walls and the handles of the boss.
