Abstract
L'insertion d'un film, de préférence métallique, susceptible d'affaiblir le rayonnement dans le réflecteur multicouches de sortie d'un laser à décharge dans un gaz près du substrat, entre les couches, rend ce laser moins sensible à la lumière réfléchie vers ledit laser, ce qui se traduit par moins de fluctuations dans l'intensité du faisceau de laser, et de ce fait par une forte réduction de la lumière réfléchie à partir du côté substrat Application : dispositif optique de lecture d'information enregistrée sur support
