Abstract

Système transporteur, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend : une paire de chaînes sans fin à galets, tendues parallèlement le long d'une trajectoire de transport prédéterminée, et entraînées par au moins une paire de roues à chaînes fixées sur un arbre moteur commun; une pluralité de chariots ou nacelles, soutenus horizontalement entre ladite paire de chaînes à galets, chacune de ces nacelles comportant une paire d'axes de support coaxiaux et s'étendant parallèlement à partir des parois latérales opposées de ladite nacelle; une paire de galets de guidage horizontaux, munis d'arbres de rotation disposés parallèlement aux axes de support et séparés horizontalement de l'une desdites parois latérales opposées; et une paire de galets de guidage verticaux, comportant des arbres de rotation disposés verticalement et séparés verticalement de l'autre desdites parois latérales opposées, cette paire d'axes de support étant accouplée, à rotation, à ladite paire de chaînes à galets, respectivement sur les côtés extérieurs des galets de guidage, au moins un rail de guidage étant disposé le long d au moins une partie de ladite trajectoire de transport en contact avec au moins l'un des galets de guidage de chaque nacelle, de façon à maintenir l'horizontalité de cette dernière. Application aux installations de stérilisation de produits alimentaires.
