Abstract

Chaîne automatisée 10 de montage de pistons dans des blocs moteurs. Les postes de montage sont disposés le long d'un système transfert à cadres en ligne. Chaque cadre 12 est prévu pour porter un bloc-moteur 20 et un magasin de stockage 22 de huit sous-ensembles de piston dont chacun comporte un piston avec des segments et une bielle avec la moitié supérieure du palier. Les postes de travail opèrent l'assemblage des sous-ensembles de piston dans le moteur avec montage de chapeaux d'extrémités sur le vilebrequin Dans une première séquence on introduit les pistons dans un alignement d'alésages de moteur 24 et dans une seconde séquence les pistons dans l'autre alignement 26 à l'aide d'unités hydrauliques 14. Application : blocs moteurs V8 pour voitures automobiles.
