Abstract

L'invention concerne un élément préfabriqué longiforme, destiné à être accolé et fixé à des éléments semblables pour former un plancher porteur de bâtiments, notamment un plancher de couverture. Cet élément comprend une table inférieure 1 notamment en béton précontraint, une pluralité de treillis longitudinaux tels que 2 disposés dans des plans verticaux, une table supérieure de compression 3 en béton armé, et dans l'espace compris entre les tables, de préférence une couche 4 d'isolant thermique. Chaque treillis 2 comprend une membrure métallique continue courant en zigzag entre un niveau supérieur où elle est noyée dans la table superieure et un niveau inférieur où elle est noyée dans la table inférieure. Les treillis s'étendent le long de l'élément sur des longueurs différentes suivant une répartition appropriée pour supporter les efforts tranchants dans chaque section transversale. L'élément préfabriqué conforme à l'invention peut présenter de très grandes portées et supporter des charges importantes tout en bénéficiant d'un coût réduit.
