Abstract

La combinaison du verre fluoré comprend trois constituants A, B et C qui sont tous les trois des fluorures avec des indices de composition X, Y et Z dans laquelle : A est du ZrF4 ou du HfF4 , B est du BaF2 , et C est du ThF4 ou du UF4 , ou un mélange de ces deux corps, avec x, y et z définis par le domaine suivant : x, 0,52-0,63; y, 0,27-0,38; z, 0,02-0,15. Les verres sont utilisables dans l'infra-rouge et dans la chimie du fluor.
