Abstract

L'invention a trait au domaine de la floculation de résidus fermentescibles. Le procédé selon l'invention est essentiellement caractérisé en ce qu'on effectue une agitation (en T1) d'une suspension de produits en fermentation renfermant des micro-organismes libres, en maintenant un certain excès, d'air dissous dans ladite suspension, sans adjonction d'agents de neutralisation ou de floculation, et qu'on recycle éventuellement (en R2) une faible partie des boues activées (en S2) dans le stade de traitement primaire (T1). Application au traitement des résidus fermentescibles à forte concentration.
