Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de découpage de tôles pour la constitution de circuits magnétiques de transformateurs. On découpe successivement une pièce en forme de T, 20, puis une autre symétrique 30 de façon à laisser une ouverture en forme de H. dans un ruban métallique 10. On cisaille ensuite le H par le milieu parallèlement à cette barre horizontale constituant une pièce 52 en forme de E. On cisaille à nouveau le ruban perpendiculairement à sa direction de défilement pour constituer un autre E 60, identique au premier. Les T sont accolés aux E pour constituer un circuit magnétique fermé sans empilement imbriqué de ces tôles. Application aux petits transformateurs monophasés ou triphasés avec ou sans entrefer.
