Abstract

La présente invention concerne un mécanisme de cliquet silencieux pour un outil permettant d'exercer un couple unidirectionnel sur une pièce. L'outil de l'invention se compose d'un levier se terminant en une partie annulaire 15, et d'un élément de transmission de couple dont une partie de guidage 17 peut tourner dans la partie annulaire 21. La partie de guidage 17 est un cylindre coupé par un plan longitudinal 36 pour former une cavité dans la partie annulaire 21 qui présente une denture intérieure 45. Un cliquet mobile 41 est monté dans la cavité et comporte une denture extérieure 35 et des facettes d'appui 29, 30, 31 coopérant avec le plan 36 de la partie de guidage. Le cliquet 41 peut ainsi prendre deux positions extrêmes de verrouillage et une position intermédiaire dans laquelle sa denture est complètement dégagée de celle de la partie annulaire 15. Le basculement du cliquet est commande par un dispositif à friction 24 entraîné par la partie annulaire 15.
