Abstract

The plug pin has a body with an integral pin part (20) of flexible conductive material. From the body extends a support arm (22) up to a spaced lug section (25). There the arm is bent backwards to form an integral return arm (24), spaced from the support arm. The return arm has a free end superimposed on the pin body. The two arms are bent away from each other in their middle sections, being channelled in the longitudinal direction. The concave sides of the channel face each other. A pair of cooperating counter bearing parts (33, 38) are laterally pressed together, one part (38) being formed on the pin body, while the other part (33) is carried by the free end of the return arm, in order to facilitate the pin insertion into the socket sleeve (30).
