Abstract

A bidet-type washing device can be placed on a WC bowl (41). The bidet-type washing device comprises the toilet seat (43) and a bowl part (44) which can be pivoted down over the toilet seat (43) and, for its part, can be covered by a cover (45). On the rear part of the bidet-type washing device there is arranged an operating fitting with a spray nozzle (50) which is directed into the bowl part (44). In this arrangement, the outflow opening (53) is covered with respect to splash water from the WC bowl (41). Washing in the bidet-type washing device takes place in flowing water.
