Abstract

The level sensor has a fixed, collapsible or height adjustable stand supporting a fluid container connected via a hose cock and hose to a measurement sensor. The sensor is adjusted to null or some other value, and then the measurement value transferred to each point in the region of the measurement tube whilst the deviation from the initial value is read off. The fluid container is adjustable in height with a fine adjustment screw or similar at the beginning of the measurement so as to set the measurement sensor water to the desired level.
