Abstract

Following completion of spraying, the wheels (5) of the trolley are turned through 90 deg. and secured by chains (7, 8) or struts, for transport. The wheels (5) are carried by stub shafts mounted on vertical shafts received in sleeves so as to be rotatable through 180 deg. Each sleeve is carried by a horizontal arm telescopically received in a central tube carrying the spray head. thus the width of the track of the spray trolley may be varied. the points of attachment of the chains (7, 8) or struts are as far as possible from the pipe supplying the spray head. The axis (b-b) of the reel may coincide with that of the wheels of the vehicle.
