Abstract

A frame for two-wheeled vehicles, partic, mopeds, comprises a front beam connected to a triangular rear chassis (3) which includes a horizontal fork (4) and a forwardly and upwardly inclined fork (5). A seat tube (9) is supported by the fork (5) and inclined rearwardly and upwardly, parallel to the axis of the steering head (2). As the seat (11) is raised, it is moved away from the handle-bars. The rear chassis (3) also includes a curved member (7) concentric with the rear wheel, and having a portion (11) extending through the fork (5) to support a luggage carrier (10). The curved member (7) extends beyond the beam (1) to support the pedal crank mechanism, the fork (4), and the motor.
