Abstract

The fixture for attaching vertical wall panels joined along their horizontal edges to form partitions is supported by uprights placed on the foundations. The bends (2) in two adjacent wall panels not joined together form a vertical gap between them (3) in which is fixed a butt-strap (4). The butt-strap (4) consists of a section (5) in which are inserted the bent ends (2) and cover clips (6). The sections (5) are fixed to rails (16) connected to the uprights (15) by adjustment pieces (17). The adjustment pieces (17) consist of a first C-shaped piece (18) forming part of the upright (15) and a second C-shaped section (19) fixed to the rail (16). A bolt (21) goes through the sides of the C-shaped section and is fixed by nuts (22).
