Abstract
The method for ceutercus lenses has a lens rotating about a centering axis. A beam reflected by the first face of the lens is detected and its variations in inclination are determined. A beam transmitted through the lens from an incident beam directed along the centering axis and focussed at the optical centre of the lens is detected and its variations in inclination are determined. The position of the lens is adjusted at, these variations are both annulled. The associated apparatus comprises a rotational system (2) which supports the lens (1) a system for examining the reflected light (30, 31) and a system (20) for examining the transmitted light. Another system (14) enables the lens to be displaced either manually or automatically in order to annual the inclination variations.
