Abstract

The mounting is for a sliding vehicle seat control, having the link (5) moving the locking catch (4) up and down. The link pivots on a spindle (6) fixed to the moving part of the slide and is spring-loaded into the engaged position. One end of the spring (7) is fixed to the fixed portion of the slide and the other to the link. A second spring held by the link has a hook parallel to the latter at the free end. The second spring can be coiled round the pivot axis, then passing through a drilling in the link, its end being an inclined hook parallel to the latter.
