It comprises a grooved upper pulley (6) fixed to the table frame by means of a bracket (49). This also carries a similar lower pulley (7) mounted on a hinge (45,65), forward of the upper pulley and able to move about the pivot (66). The cable (5) passes over both pulley and is tensioned by means of a spring (67) with one end (68) on the bracket and the other end (69) on the pulley half of the hinge.
