Abstract

A socket outlet designed for attachment to various panels has several lockable contacts and a block-shaped insulating body with several parallel chambers for contacts, ending in the contact and fastening surfaces. In the sides are sevral holes for locking elements. It can be inserted into any chamber and has a pair of hooks each with a base lever (16) with a locking projection (17) at its end, and with two locking arms (19, 20) with projections (21, 22) at their ends. The two parts are joined together by a transverse elastic strip (18). The locking projections can be withdrawn during insertion and expanded for locking.
