Abstract

A set of points for an overhead conveyor includes a triangular blade (13) mounted between the two branches of the guide tracks to divert the rollers so as to swing from one side to the other. The point of the blade curves towards a wide rear part, terminating in a shoulder each side, each projecting into the gap between the pair of guide tracks of the branch, so that the blade is swung by the carriage as it passes by. The blade (13) is mounted under a plate (11) with a U-shaped upper portion (12-12') which acts the inside guide track where the track is interrupted at the forked part. The whole is suspended from hangers, (5) with an angle (20) between the two rear hangers, which carries the pivot bar (21). A pointed grub screw (18) is mounted on the blade, engaging the plate above.
