Abstract

The drill-frame has an attachment for a tractor's draw-bar. The frame has an angle-bracket holding a support for the reel on which is wound the strip of seeds. A mobile chassis is hinged to the frame by means of two pairs of link-rods. The mobile chassis has a frame with a comparatively large-diameter wheel with tyre on it which is inflated to a pressure lower than, or equal to, one atmosphere. A share forms a furrow, and has as part of it a seed-strip-guide-tube the bottom end of which is at the same level as the bottom of the share. The share is fixed to the frame by a bar which slides in a tube.
