Abstract

The machine comprises a frame on which is fitted a reel for the seed tape. A spring loaded share draw a drill into which the tape is guided by tube. Two arms draw soil cover over the tape, which is then firmed in by a wheel. A tube is fitted to a plate behind wheel and is connected to a water tank for watering the tape. Preferably, the springs acting on the share are adjustable, the guide tube for the seed tape being mounted on the trailing edge of the share.
