Abstract

The visor is of the slewing and folding type and is mounted above the vehicle windscreen. A second panel (9) hinges on the first visor panel (6) along its free lengthwise edge, and can be folded against it or out until in line with it, or to any intermediate angular position. Its hinge is stiff enough to hold it at the angle to which it has been set in relation to the first one. The second panel can be of the same dimensions as the first, and it can be of translucent material, or tinted. The second panel can also be detachable from the first.
