A vehicle extension comprises a panel 4 secured to a drop down boot lid and carrying in hinged sequence panels 6, 7, 9 and fold-in panels 5. Extension panels 8 hinged to the panels 5 are apertured at 11 to engage pins 12 on the vehicle body and stays 10 may also be provided to support the extension. An arrangement is described for use with a vehicle having a two-part horizontally hinged door.
