Abstract
A molten cheese contains liver, giving it the flavour and appearance of liver sausage. The molten cheese contg. liver has a satisfactory taste, is spreadable, and the fat content, which is milk and not animal fat, is low. The prod. is also about half the cost of pate de foie gras.
