Abstract
Mixed coffee product contg. coffee of inferior quality de-caffeinate with water is improved in that at least 20 wt.% consists of superior quality coffee de-caffeinate with a nonaqueous solvent or not de-caffeinate at all, and at least 30 wt.% of the coffee de-caffeinate with water is of inferior quality. Relatively inexpensive blends having good aroma and taste are obtd.
