Abstract

The discrete capacitive element is made up of superposed conducting and dielectric layers. The conducting layers being formed from localised metallic deposits. The capacitor is formed from a rigid substrate (1) on which are deposited successive localised, alternate metalic (2, 4) and dielective (3, 5) layers. Each layer is locally shorter than the adjacent layer underneath and the adjacent layer above. The zones of metallic deposit overlap the dielectric layers and those which belong to plates of the same polarity are superposed. The output conductor connections (15a, 15b) being fixed on the overlapped zones supported by the substrate (1).
