Abstract

The rotary brush is for use on a road-sweeping machine, having a supporting disc with a number of bristles implanted on one of its faces. Each bristle bundle (4a, 4b) is inclined in the radial plane in which it is situated at a predetermined angle (A) to the face of the disc (1). The latter can be of plywood, the peripheral bristles at least having their bases passing right through it. The central ones can be hooked into the disc by means of blind holes (3) inclined at the desired angle so as to hold them in the correct attitude.
