Abstract

The tube is cylindrical and made of rigid material. It has the outlet at one end (4) which can be closed by a screw cap. The base of the tube is opened and is able to accept a piston (2) which is in contact with the product. The product is expelled from the tube by pressing on the piston. The tube remains rigid and is able to stand free in the vertical position. When the tube is empty, a rod may be inserted into the specially prepared plug (5) and the piston may be withdrawan from the tube. The tube may then be refilled and re-used.
