Abstract

The stereoscopic system uses two different film strips, along each of which film frames of the subject, taken from a particular angle, are recorded, so that one set of film frames can be viewed through the right eye and the other set through the left eye. After developing the two film strips, they are synchronously fed through a viewer, so that the film frames corresponding to the same subject for the two film strips are viewed simultaneously. The camera for taking the veiws of the subject has an objective (20D, 20G) for each film strip, with the shutter mechanism being coupled, via a coupling bar(30).
