Abstract

Frame consists of two basic sections. Each pair forms a U-shaped profile and the two parts of each pair may slide against each other to fit different wall thicknesses. The adjustment is carried out by 2 screws respectively. Onto this basic profile the finishing profile is slid-on which gives the final appearance to the frame. In order to achieve neatly fitting mitre joints, a number of obliquely positioned tightening screws are provided inside the basic profile resting against the inside corners of the finishing profile, hereby pushing the vertical and horizontal parts together and forming a tight mitre.
