Abstract
Ball cock mechanism for a flushing toilet allows the tank to be filled quickly and quietly, whatever the variations in pressure encountered by the water in the inlet pipe, and consists of a primary direct supply circuit with a valve made of a flexible membrane with perforations (8, 9) around the outside. This allows some of the water to pass into a secondary circuit (10, 11) also equipped with a valve whose spindle (18) is controlled by a weighted float (12) forming a counter-weight acting on a levr.
