Abstract

Light weight concrete comprises as aggregates expanded granulates such as small shells, gravel, sands, etc. and esp. expanded perlite and expanded clay. The aggregates are mixed in traditional fashion with cement and water to produce the concrete. For mfr. of prefabricated family vaults and parts. Permits easier transport of parts of tombstones without use of lifting tackle through cementary tunnels and passages some of which are no more than a metre wide.
