Abstract

The tractor weight bearer (2) is provided with a projecting edge strip (4) on its upper surface upon which the weight is suspended by means of a groove (5). The weight is also provided with a blunt conical recess with an elongated bolt hole and a tension piece (8) with a normal bolt hole. The weight is first suspended from the weight bearer and the bolt (10) passed through the weight and the tensioner and then tightened by means of the lock nut. Owing to the conical shape of the weight recess and the correspondingly shaped tensioner, the tensioner is automatically pulled up to the weight bearer via the elongated bolt hole.
