Abstract

The wash fluid is pumped to a chamber (19) fitted to the wiper shaft bearing section which is located on the outside of the bodywork (14). The outer wall of the chamber is formed as a wash jet holder and provided with a recess into which a tubular jet is pressed (22). The jet extends into the chamber (19) and terminates as a bevel whose point touches the opposite inner wall. The outer jet end terminates between the edges of the jet holder recess (22) which is preferably conical to protect the jet tube end and also permits a slight adjustment.
