Abstract

A wheeled bag, e.g. a shopping bag, made of flexible material, and pulled along by its handle attached to the top, has a pair of rear wheels (5) mounted on a spindle attached to a springy sheet of metal bent into a V-shape with a cylindrical section angle, the sheet acting as a suspension device. The design enables a suitcase or other type of bag to be substituted for the first bag. The wheel support of this design can be incorporated in a fixed base, with the front wheels attached to a support which can be adapted to be secured to the base by a vertical spindle (8) acting as a pivot for steering. A stop can be fitted to limit the steering angle.
