Abstract
The modular structure has modules each consisting of a basic polygonal module, either a square or a rectangle, with beams and partition walls arranged in the vertical planes of the base. The modules can be placed side by side or on top of each other according to the size and shape of the structure desired. Reinforced concrete is used only for areas where there is a good performance: price ratio, i.e. the supporting girders, floors, partition walls and beams. The beams and partition walls can be cast in the same mould. The precast elements are positioned correctly by means of threaded sleeves sunk into the vertical walls onto which are fixed angle-irons.
