Abstract

A gas turbine has a hollow shaft (6) solid with two radial flanges (7) (8) coaxially around a shaft (4). The shaft (6) is solid with the low pressure turbine wheel (1). A shaft (4) is solid with a radial flange (11) in turn fixed to a flange (8). The flange (11) is fixed to a flange (14) solid with a shaft (15) coaxial with the shaft (4). This shaft (4) and the rear shaft (6) are also solid with two splined parts, sliding together. The couple from the wheel (1) is transmitted to the shaft (4) via the rigid assembly (8, 11, 12). Play in the splined parts allows lubricating oil to pass, lead in appropriately.
