Abstract

The plug has a central metallic electrode and an annular earthed electrode. The screwed part of the spark plug is slotted so as to lead gas from the combustion chamber into a precombustion or turbulence chamber, this chamber cooperates with an annular space arranged between the earth electrode and central electrode to provoke forced ventilation of the gas at induction and exhaust.
