Abstract
The amplification system is designed for an electronic musical instrument, typically a guitar, which consists of a hollow casing (1) with an orifice (2) over which is mounted a microphone (3). A pre-amplifier (4) mounted on a small block is connected to an electrically operated loud-speaker (5). A potentiometer (6) is provided to regulate the current to the required level. Tonal control is exercised by a button (8) and special effects by an assembly of three buttons (9, 10, 11) on the opposite side of the casing. A socket connector at the lower end of the instrument enables the electric circuits to be connected with the mains power supply.
